The Deans List community fund is an open application, need based fund for anyone in the Telluride region seeking financial support in order to pursue action sports. E.G. a ski pass.
The Deans List Bloom Grant was specifically created to help grassroots athletes and filmmakers pursue bloom their action sports career.
Our Story
TDL began as a passion project; we wanted to capture the people and their love of skiing and snowboarding without abiding by ski film standards. We captured skiing as a whole, driven by our love for the sport. This turned into feature length ski film.
After 2 years of operation we determined that TDL would be better fit as an organization, with a mission and purpose. The action sports industry relies more and more on media and there are little to no resources to help aspiring filmmakers and athletes.
Therefore, TDL Organization was born.
Operating out of Telluride Colorado, we now support a larger and younger audience of athletes & filmmakers. We do this through an annual ski film tour, 2 open application grants/scholarships, and constant mentor-mentee guidance.
